SW News: Parental rights are being trampled by more than 1,000 school districts in the United States as they have issued policies that grant permission to employees not to inform parents about their child’s intention to identify as nonbinary. This was disclosed by the advocacy platform Parents Defending Education.

Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Policies have been adopted by 1,040 school districts and they comprise 18,335 schools and have 10.7 million pupils. As per the guidelines brought out by the districts, the staff has the privilege not to disclose a student’s gender identity to his or her parents. Such a policy reveals the growing acceptance of the notion that the gender identity of a person matters more than his or her biological sex.

In 2021, a Trevor Project study found that 26 percent of LGBT-identified youth opted to be nonbinary. Twenty percent do not have a clear notion about their identity. In this scary scenario, several states controlled by Republicans have enacted laws that protect children from irreversible body-harming sex-change medical procedures. They include an orchiectomy for boys and a mastectomy or hysterectomy for girls.

Shows involving performances by transvestites bordering on the obscene are also on the rise in the United States and they specifically target young children to drive home the gender-LGBT agenda.

A study has found that three million K-12 public school children were enrolled in districts that gave them the freedom to change their name and gender-specific pronouns without getting the permission of their parents or guardians. It was released by the Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies entitled Pills and Pronouns: School Districts Require Parental Consent for Over-the-Counter Medicine But Not New Names and Pronouns.

In the state of Alaska, the Anchorage School District enacted a policy saying that schools can prevent the disclosure of a student’s gender dysphoria from parents. They argue that for students at the secondary level, parental consent can be a risky affair if they wish to change their gender identity.
