SW News: A pro-life educational program titled ‘A Glimpse Inside’ will be launched on Thursday in the United States. A Glimpse Inside is an interactive window into the womb that reveals the dignity of the unborn. The show’s website says that with this tool, young people will be able to witness first-hand the development of a fetus week by week, they will be guided by doctors and will have high-resolution videos and animations.
Its creators say that there is no other high-quality pro-life educational video that uses 3D/4D ultrasound technology and pro-life apologetics led by board-certified physicians to inform minds and transform hearts across the country. Their website also states that the program proactively shapes the pro-life landscape now by providing young people with the tools to help answer the tough questions that they will ultimately face in life.
The JPII Life Center and Sophia Institute for Teachers collaborated with Cardinal Studios and the non-profit organization Live Action to create the engaging education program that any educator, program manager and parent can use.
The course is geared towards high school students and comprises a number of videos and a supplemental curriculum. They claim in a video on their website that it's a fascinating educational experience. A Glimpse Inside makes abortion unthinkable, highlighting the humanity of the unborn and addressing difficult ethical issues that shape the next generation.
In a message released through the Live Action newsletter, its founder and president, Lila Rose, affirms that the duty of pro-life activists is to anticipate the lies of abortion activists and stresses that it is an urgent and sacred duty. Rose also notes that when mothers considering abortion have the opportunity to see the undeniable humanity of their babies, most choose not to.
Rose said that Focus on the Family reports that over half a million babies have been saved from abortion because mothers are shown an ultrasound of their unborn babies: That's 500,000 people alive today who otherwise wouldn't be here!
