SW News:

The Supreme Court of Kenya's decision to allow the registration of LGBTQ non-governmental organizations in the East African nation has been described as "unfortunate" by the chairman of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Archbishop Martin Kivuva Musonde of Kenya's Archdiocese of Mombasa said the LGBTQ agenda is being promoted in the country by ill-motivated people, and went on to question why such ideologies are being permitted in Kenya.
Kenya’s Supreme Court ruled that people with homosexual orientation have a right to form and register associations on February 24.
Three judges in the five-judge bench argued that “despite gayism being illegal in Kenya, they have a right of association.”
Justices Mohamed Ibrahim and William Ouko wrote dissenting opinions against the majority decision rendered by Justices Philomena Mwilu, Smokin Wanjala, and Njoki Ndung'u in the ruling that members of the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum (KCPF) described as deeply disturbing. Catholic Bishops condemn it as being against the "natural order."
Archbishop Kivuva said Kenyans need to continue fighting against the promotion of LGBTQ ideologies in the country. Calisto Odede, presiding bishop at the Christ is the Answer Ministries, in a statement said the ruling could embolden other illegal practitioners like pedophiles and those involved in incest to also have the right of association.
