SW News: Attacks on pro-life establishments in the US are on the rise. In the recent incident, a building in Jackson shared by Michigan Congressman Timothy Lee Walberg and a pro-life group was found vandalized on Wednesday morning. Activists claiming to be affiliated with the pro-choice advocacy group Jane’s Revenge sprayed graffiti on the walls of the building using pink paint.

The office of the Jackson Right to Life was found vandalized on June 22. Walberg’s campaign office also shares the same building. A news portal ‘mlive’ reported that the signboard near the building’s entrance was defaced with pink paint. A house located near the office was also spray painted. The front windows of the building were also found broken, the site quoted the Jackson Police and Fire Services Director Elmer Hitt.

Walberg said that in spite of vandalism, he would continue to fight for conservative principles. He also underscored that it was “shameful” that US President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not condemn the “intimidation tactics” of radical pro-abortion activists.

In a news release, Wahlberg reiterated that he would be a strong conservative and defender of life. He continued by saying, “This strong record puts me in the crosshairs from those on the radical left but I will never stand down or compromise my convictions, and knowing the people at Jackson Right to Life, this will only strengthen their determination to protect the unborn.”

The increase in violence against anti-abortion organizations comes as the Supreme Court prepares to issue a ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which is likely to overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade decision that established a constitutional right to abortion. On many occasions, pro-abortion graffiti has been found sprayed on the walls of buildings.
