SW News: In Washington, a pro-life organization has agreed to pay a local Planned Parenthood clinic $850,000 in damages as part of a settlement. The pro-abortion facility filed a lawsuit when The Church at Planned Parenthood (TCAPP) conducted religious services on the clinic’s premises.

The settlement was announced by the Seattle-based legal team Legal Voice for Planned Parenthood, which hailed the verdict as "a win for abortion providers." "For peaceful assembly, Planned Parenthood sued our little church, and it cost Christians $850,000 in mostly corrupt lawyer's fees," Pastor Ken Peters said on Facebook.

"The only change is that we have to cross the street at 7 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. Transferring $850,000 in one hour and one block away. Wow. Within an hour's time, they had stolen a considerable quantity of money from the kingdom. Resumption is set for Thursday, March 14 at 7:00 p.m. As of now, we'll be in the Pacific Northwest. No, the fight has not yet ended,” he added.

Meanwhile, it was reported by Legal Voice that a year after filing their lawsuit, the plaintiffs obtained a permanent injunction against The Church at Planned Parenthood (TCAPP), prohibiting the pro-life organization from gathering within 35 feet of the Spokane Planned Parenthood Health Care Center and from using an amplified sound system during business hours.

According to Legal Voice's reporting, Planned Parenthood said that religious gatherings impeded the clinic's capacity to offer treatment since some participants acted threateningly, and many patients canceled appointments to avoid having to navigate through the labyrinth of armed protestors.

By saying, "We will tenaciously seek every dollar owing to our clients and make sure that their activities are recognized for what they are: crimes," Legal Voice made it clear to anti-abortion extremists that they would be held liable for their unlawful conduct.

The Church at Planned Parenthood views itself not as a protest but rather as "a worship service at the gates of hell." In a separate statement, the pro-life group claimed on its website that the Church at Planned Parenthood is a congregation of Christians who meet to worship God and pray for national repentance, church reform, and personal atonement for our blood-guiltiness in the abortion holocaust.
