SW News: The Mexican film actor and producer Eduardo Verástegui has released the official trailer of his new movie which deals with the issue of child sex trafficking -- and he did so on July the 30th, the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. The film is entitled “Sound of Freedom”.  It tells the story of Tim Ballard, a former CIA operative, who quits his job at the US Department of Homeland Security to try and save children from human traffickers. His role is being played in the film by American actor Jim Caviezel, who is best known for playing the part of Jesus Christ in Mel Gibson’s 2004 film, The Passion of the Christ. The new movie also features actors Mira Sorvino and Bill Camp. Eduardo Verástegui is the film's producer. He is well known across Mexico and beyond as a practicing Catholic and pro-life activist. He is also the founder of Manto de Guadalupe, an organization that helps women in crisis pregnancy.
