SW News: The Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) is partnering with 14 new campus ministries at schools across the country, including the University of Illinois at Chicago, Texas A&M University at Kingsville and the United States Air Force Academy. More than 730 FOCUS missionaries will serve on 164 campuses this academic year, along with eight parish locations. The Fellowship of Catholic University Students is a Catholic outreach program for American college students founded in 1997 by Curtis Martin and Dr. Edward Sri at Benedictine College. The mission of the Focus ministry is to share the hope and joy of the gospel with college and university students, inspiring and equipping them for a lifetime of Christ-centered evangelization, discipleship and friendships in which they lead others to do the same.
